You can quickly find the desired respondents through the Userspoon panel network.
In addition to Userspoon surveys, you can also use various survey forms (Google Forms, Walla, Tally, etc.)!
In general, we estimate costs based on the usage of the Userspoon panel network and any additional services required depending on the desired respondent conditions.

When estimating costs, we consider the following!

1. Time required for participation in the survey: For surveys, we estimate based on hourly rates.

2. Specific participant conditions: The more diverse and specific the conditions, the higher the cost.

3. Additional information that respondents must provide in the survey: If respondents need to authenticate/register/pay to respond to the survey, additional conditions may incur costs.

4. Operating costs to recruit survey respondents: If it is divided into primary and secondary or if there are specified time frames for participation, costs increase as the actual Userspoon manager needs to manage it directly.

Userspoon panel network usage fees and recruitment costs

1. Survey respondent compensation costs

• Calculated based on hourly rates according to the time required for responses.

• If there are missions (such as using an application/website) within the survey, we also consider the time spent on those missions.

• A more detailed estimate will be provided as the Userspoon manager responds to the actual survey!

• You can increase or decrease the compensation amount. If you want to recruit more quickly, feel free to set the compensation amount higher than what we proposed :)

• Since this is a method of promoting your survey within the Userspoon panel network, if we do not achieve the targeted recruitment scale, the compensation for un-recruited panels will not be charged!

2. Participant conditions

• We perform a "pre-survey (screening)" to find respondents that match your desired conditions.

• Based on the pre-survey, we assess the incidence rate (the percentage of panels in the current Userspoon panel that meet your desired conditions) and add it to the [participant compensation costs].

• The incidence rate can only be determined by conducting the actual pre-survey.

• The information currently held by Userspoon panels regarding gender, age, carrier, family relationships, etc., does not incur additional fees.

3. Panel network usage

• The costs required to maintain and operate Userspoon services based on your desired conditions.

Payment methods

You can choose between bank transfer or credit card payment.
Once recruitment is complete, the final estimate will be confirmed, including the compensation for the recruited panels.

1. Credit card payment

   1. Upon starting the recruitment project, we will send you an estimate.

   2. When the recruitment project is completed, if the number of recruited participants is less than the target number, we will send a revised final estimate again.

   3. Please complete the payment by accessing the credit card payment link provided by your Userspoon manager.

2. Cash payment

   1. Upon starting the recruitment project, we will issue an estimate and a tax invoice.

   2. When the recruitment project is completed, if the number of recruited participants is less than the target number, we will send a revised final estimate and modify the tax invoice.

   3. Please deposit into the designated account.

3. Credit payment

   1. If you charge over 3 million won in credit, we will give you a 40% discount on the panel network usage fee.
