Basically, the cost of using the Userspoon panel network is estimated considering the base fee and any additional services required based on the participant conditions you want.
When estimating costs, we consider the following factors!
Time required for the interview: For surveys, this is calculated based on hourly rates.
Interview location and schedule: The compensation cost varies depending on whether the interview location is easily accessible and if the interviews can be done outside of work hours for office workers.
Specific participant criteria: The more varied and specific the criteria, the higher the additional costs.
Additional information required from participants: If participation requires authentication/sign-up/payment, etc., additional costs may arise based on these extra conditions.
Operating costs for recruiting interview participants: Additional costs may apply based on who schedules the interviews, whether it’s a Userspoon manager or yourself, and whether prior authentication information is needed.

Compensation Costs for Interview Participants
You can increase or decrease the compensation amount. If you'd like to recruit faster, set the compensation amount higher than the suggested amount :)
Since it’s a way to promote your survey to the panel network owned by Userspoon, if you do not achieve your target recruitment scale, you will not be charged for the unused panel compensation!

Participant Criteria
We perform a "pre-survey (screening)" to find respondents that meet your desired criteria.
Based on the pre-survey, we assess the incidence rate (the ratio of panels meeting your desired criteria among the panels currently held by Userspoon) and add it to the [participant compensation cost].
The incidence rate can only be determined by conducting the actual pre-survey.
Information currently held by Userspoon panels such as gender, age, communication carrier, family relationships, etc., does not incur additional fees.

Panel Network Usage and Operating Costs
This is the cost necessary to maintain and operate the Userspoon service.
If you're doing direct scheduling, you’ll incur costs for all individuals that meet the criteria. That is, even if the criteria are met but the customer does not wish to proceed with the interview, costs will still apply.
If Userspoon does the scheduling, costs will be incurred only for successfully completed interviews.

Script Design and Moderating
If you inform us of your research purpose, Userspoon's professional research manager will design interview scripts and probing to achieve the purpose of the research.
We recommend holding at least one meeting to understand the research purpose and approximate question structure!
Based on the provided script, the research manager will moderate on your behalf and deliver the recorded footage.
You can observe as an observer!

Userspoon UT Room
If you don't want to reveal the interview brand or if there is no suitable interview space, you can use the UT room provided by Userspoon. It has the capacity of a 6-person conference room in a coworking space.
Location: 4 minutes from Gangnam Station, near Sinnonhyeon Station

1 vertical smartphone holder: It captures the participant's smartphone screen vertically and streams it through video meeting.

The rental fee is 50,000 won per hour, but there’s a 10,000 won discount if you are a Userspoon customer!
